Yes, our mail-in service covers all of France. The €40 paid when you place your request covers the diagnosis and the return of your device (repaired or not): it is non-refundable, but fully deducted from the quote if you accept the repair. Shipping your device to us is at your expense and your responsibility (we recommend a tracked, insured parcel and careful packing); the return is paid for and insured by the workshop. Allow 5 to 7 working days in total, from sending your parcel to getting it back, plus the time you take to answer the quote.
